Complaints Procedure

Last updated: January 2025 · Wexel Property Management

Wexel Property Management is committed to providing a high standard of service. We recognise that things can go wrong, and that clients may sometimes be dissatisfied. This procedure sets out how we handle complaints.

Step 1 — Raise Your Concern Informally

In the first instance, raise your concern directly with your property manager by telephone or email. Many issues can be resolved quickly at this stage. We aim to acknowledge informal complaints within two working days and resolve them within ten working days.

Step 2 — Formal Written Complaint

If your concern is not resolved informally, submit a formal written complaint to: admin@wexelpm.co.uk. Please include your name and property address, a clear description of your complaint, any relevant dates and correspondence, and the outcome you are seeking.

We will acknowledge receipt within three working days and issue a full written response within 15 working days.

Step 3 — Internal Escalation

If you remain dissatisfied following our formal response, you may request that your complaint be reviewed by a senior member of the Wexel management team. This review will be completed within 15 working days of your escalation request.

Step 4 — External Redress

If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting our internal procedure, you may refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman (TPO), of which Wexel Property Management is a member. The TPO provides a free, independent and impartial service: www.tpos.co.uk
